Booby Bedi's Production House Kaleidoscope Entertainment Pvt Ltd is an internationally recognized film & television Production house with critically acclaimed films like 'Bandit Queen', 'Fire' and 'Electric Moon', among others, to its credit.

Bobby Bedi is amongst the few entrepreneurs in the Indian film and television industry who has been working towards taking Indian cinema to world standards. He is a member of the Executive Committee of IDBI, the organization which gave credence to this business as an industry under the IDBI Act in the year 2000. He is also a member of the Entertainment Committee of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) and the Convenor of Asia's largest international entertainment convention, FRAMES. He is associated with other Organizations connected to the film industry and is a Member of the Board, INOX Group that runs a chain of multiplexes cinema projects.

He is also the Director, School of Convergence @ IMI," a media institute. He is a visiting Faculty Member at Film & Television Institute, Pune and a "; Member of the Institute's Governing Council and Academic Council. A Graduate in Economics from St. Stephen's College, New Delhi and the Holder of a Master's Degree in Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of   Mumbai.
